At Closetster, we seek to provide our customers with fast delivery service for which we ship the purchased goods in shipping and delivery from our warehouse located in Fort Worth, Texas. This ensures fast delivery within 1-3 business days without charging you for expedited shipping.
Standard Shipping:
We offer discounted shipping rates as compared to the standard UPS and USPS published rates. Orders are shipped via UPS ground or USPS. Generally, it takes 1-3 business days for order delivery. However, it can take up to 7 business days for your products to arrive in case of delay due to the occurrence of unpredictable events. Shipping rates would vary from one item to another with respect to weight and volume of the order.
Basic fare for each type of shipment method is mentioned below:
USPS Priority Mail – $8.70
Ground – $9.103
Day Select – $20.00
2nd Day Shipment – $30.00
Free Shipping:
Closetster offers free shipping to all orders worth $199 or above.
International Shipping:
For all the International Orders, customers can use PayPal as a payment method. No other payment method will be accepted.
Back Orders:
In cases of inventory going out of stock, it can be back-ordered. Customer will be notified if any item is unavailable at the time of purchase. In this case, customer will be requested to wait for the item or have their order shipped minus the unavailable item. If customer decides to backorder, our logistic team will ship the item as soon as it becomes available.
Checking Your Order Status:
Customer will receive a UPS tracking number via email after your order has been shipped. Shopper may call us to confirm your order status if they haven’t received your shipment in 3-4 business days. Also, get in touch with our customer support team (contact here: info@closetster.com) if the UPS Link provided is not working.
Multiple Shipments:
Customer may receive their order in separate shipments, based on distribution point and the availability of inventory without top-up delivery charges.

Order will be shipped the same day or next day after placing the order. Orders shipped to a PO Box or Rural Route will arrive within 7-10 business days. The estimated shipment time depends upon selected shipment method such as:
